CMS Instrument Rental Information (6th Grade)
• Students can rent an instrument after they have been assigned to one during class (9/1/11 or 9/3/11)
• We will begin with instruments in class on Tuesday, Sept. 6th 2011
• Online rentals should be placed on or before Saturday Sept. 3rd 2011
• In-store rentals can be made anytime after students have been assigned an instrument.
* CMS also has a limited number of instruments to rent for $55 for the year - contact us if you are interested in this option

All instrument rentals will be done online or at a music store this year! You can choose between the following local music stores and rent via their websites. The schools will then deliver the instrument to Campus. If you are having trouble with the online rental process, feel free to call the store directly.

All three stores will rent
instruments in person if online rental isn't an option for you. You also have the option to purchase the instrument up front from these stores.

Attention Percussionists: Please see (or email) Mr. Wynes to hear about your best options for instrument rental. Music and Arts Centers has a very unique accommodation for CMS students!

Be very careful if you decide to purchase an instrument on your own. Every year there CMS students who find out they've purchased an instrument that can't be repaired. Many online instrument dealers will sell you an "instrument" that will not last through the year. While these prices might seem attractive, keep in mind you are getting what you pay for. My recommendation is that you rent or purchase a quality instrument from a music store!
